The frustration and contempt we have towards companies that just don’t get customer service runs wide and deep. Now you can make your voice heard by emailing your story to IllNeverAgain@msn.com. Send us your worse consumer and customer service experiences (Retail, Wholesale, Travel, Restaurants, Government, you name it). If accepted your story will be published on this site.
